Wowi Zowi goes to The Heartstone Inn, Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Eureka Springs, Arkansas, we can't believe how amazing this place is, in the middle of the Ozark Mountains. We had no idea, but we surely fell in love with this unique area of the world. We're here at the awesome Heartstone Inn, which sits near town in the Walnut tree forest! We're photographing their 11 rooms and cottages for their new WowiZowi website and Rick and Cheri Rojek made it a fun event. Cheri is there with helping hands and supplying us with great props. Rick made special efforts as well... and what a chef!!! He prepares the full breakfast for the guests every morning and, wowizowi, makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
You can eat indoors at private tables or out here on one of their many decks over looking the forest. They have bird and squirrel feeders out here so you get to dine with the many beautiful birds, including the red headed woodpecker!

The old town of Eureka Springs was a joy to go in and shop around. The shop owners are way friendly and it was hard to get out of their stores, no lack of great conversation. Seems many of these folks are California transplants, some were even from our town, San Clemente.
We even had the honor to have dinner with Adam and Dawn of Rare Brick, who now live here. Not only are these two great website design and developers, they are really awesome, down to earth people. We had a great evening with them!
We also got to stop in at the Red Bud Manor just down the street to visit with our friend and client, Deb Stroup. Her beautiful Inn is under-going some new landscaping and is looking very nice.
Rick & Cheri put us in the Floral Bouquet room, above, it's very large so it was easy to set up shop with all our gear and computers. (it didn't look this tidy when we we're in there ;0)
Rick and Cheri on their Heartstone Inn patio, sharing good times and lots of laughs with WowiZowi. There is no doubt in our minds, we will definitely be going back to Eureka Springs, but next time, we want to just hang out and relax with these good people!

Arbor Guest House in Napa

Here we are up in the beautiful Napa Valley at the newly renovated Arbor Guest House. Owners Dan and Candy have put in lots of love and care to restore this awesome 1906 Colonial Home.
The rooms are now quite contemporary with all the best amenities, even the common areas are really comfotable, making our photography sessions all that much better for us. The staff was great and everyone was there to help.

We love to do the food shots... because we get to eat them!!! The breakfasts are great, no one goes away still hungry around here ;0)

Dan and Candy are great hosts and made our stay a truely memorial event. We look forward to returning to Napa to see them again in the near future. They have done an amazing job with the Arbor Guest House, stop by when your in town!
